Two-piano performances are a dazzling spectacle to behold. Full orchestral sound worlds are translated into the intimacy of the Barber Institute’s stunning art-deco concert hall. Renowned for their ease of communication and jaw-dropping virtuosity Martin Roscoe and Peter Donohoe embark on a tour-de-force of the two-piano literature, including Debussy’s well-loved sumptuous symphonic poem, and compelling rhythmic drive and bold sonorities in Rachmaninov’s second suite.
